Crispy Chicken with Breadcrumb Pasta

Directions

  1. Season the chicken thighs skin with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder

  2. Get the pan nice and hot and begin searing skin side down on a medium heat flip after 6 minutes or until crispy 

  3. Cook your pasta according to the directions

  4. When the pasta is strained add 1 table spoons of butter and mix

  5. In a small sauce pan melt 1 table spoon of butter and add 1 table spoon of olive oil

  6. Add the finely chopped shallot, thyme and garlic to the oil until softened

  7. Add this mixture to the pasta and the bread crumbs

  8. Mix until all the bread crumbs are well incorporated

  9. Plate and serve with a glass of mazers choice!


Ingredients

  • 1lb boneless chicken thighs with skin on

  • 2 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs

  • Spiral Pasta (or any of your choosing)

  • 1/2 tsp of Salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 shallot

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • A sprig of thyme
