Directions
Prep your chicken thighs by coating with salt pepper and garlic powder
Heat up a medium saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter
On a medium-high heat brown your chicken on both sides and remove
Add an additional tablespoon of olive oil and butter
Add the diced white onion and stir until translucent
Add your dices garlic cloves and mix until they become fragrant
Add the tomato paste and mustard and mix
Deglaze the pan with Mazer’s Choice and allow the mead to boil down
Add your chicken stock and heavy cream
Add your chopped sun dried tomatoes
Turn heat low and allow it to simmer until the sauce thickens
Add some chopped basil and salt to taste
Place your chicken back in the sauce and allow it to finish cooking

3 lbs skinless chicken thighs
1 medium white onion
3 cloves garlic
½ cup Mazers Choice traditional mead
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2-3 oz sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
